Clean and ideal place with courteous and nice staff. Great and lovely location, close to various transportation options and Washington. A minute walk from Porta Santa Maria.

The building is nice and the rooms are updated and cheap with the terrace and all the necessary accessories and double bed.

Overall it was big with a queen bed. The staff was welcoming & consistently courteous.

Recently refurbished and clean place. Courteous staff, especially receptionist. Marvelous and lovely position near metro station and in a decent area. 10 minutes drive from Treasure Island.

This was my second excellent stay here and I would come here again. The breakfast was free and absolutely fantastic with orange orange juice water and orange juice, paying attention to little details. The staff were accommodating and amazingly nice.

The units were a nice size with double bed. Perfect location in general, very responsive and really helpful staff especially receptionist. Also, an ornate 14th-century tower is not too far away from the venue.

The double room here includes a work desk, coffee and tea making facilities, and a satellite TV for £76.

Swimming pool not very clean

Room comes equipped with an iron, electronic key card 🗝️, and coffee/tea makers. the bed is super cozy for a good night's rest. there are clean bathrooms with a bathtub for some relaxing soak time.

Proper breakfast. Freshly prepared cookies offered free every day . Free shuttle to the hospital

Noisy air conditioning . Hair dryer not very efficient

Staff friendly and beds very comfortable. Loved the rates and the location. So many places to walk to for fun and entertainment. NIce to have breakfast included in price and ability to keep car in lot while we explored the area. We would book again.

Disappointed that the lobby was small as we were meeting friends and hoping to relax there. Was hoping for more selection at breakfast. Bathroom had no room for toiletries, but was adequate.

I appreciated the location of the hotel. The continental breakfast was quite convenient. The room was nice and fulfilled our needs.

The parking was a bit of a problem and less than easy to use.Using the parking facility with an elderly person was difficult. Saying that I can appreciate the limits of parking opportunity in the city.
